Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Area Manager and Project Manager(s) throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will ensure timely and cost-effective project completion, manage subcontractor activities and production, and liaise with stakeholders for efficient problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractor activities, including scheduling, communication, and quality control.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project risk management plans.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of project coordination/administration experience in construction, preferably with a focus on project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, including MS Project, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
