- Prepare comprehensive reports as required
- Facilitate staff consultation and grievance processes
- Perform accurate data entry tasks
- Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate daily operational activities
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiarity with electronic mail systems
- Knowledge of MS Windows operating systems
