About the Role

We are seeking a skilled concrete finisher to join our dynamic team at JPS Construction Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality concrete finishing services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete finishing, including smoothing, levelling, and applying finishes.
  • Proficiency in using a variety of concrete finishing tools and equipment.
  • Must have power trowel experience.
  • Experience operating a ride-on power trowel is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of concrete mixing and pouring techniques.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and follow specifications.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to job sites as needed.
