We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Lifeguard/Instructor to join our team at Brandon's Community Sportsplex.

Job Summary

This is a dynamic role that requires the ability to provide instruction in various pool programs, maintain the pool area, and work a variety of shifts. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for aquatic safety and instruction, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide instruction in pool programs and maintain a safe and clean pool environment
• Enforce pool rules and regulations, and respond to emergencies as needed
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a positive and safe experience for patrons
• Meet the mandatory qualifications and experience listed below

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

• Standard (Intermediate) First Aid and CPR Level C certificate
• Lifesaving Society National Lifeguard award
• Swim for Life and or Lifesaving Instructor certification

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Swim for Life and or Lifesaving Trainer certification
• National Lifeguard Instructor/Examiner certification
• Lifesaving Society or Red Cross First Aid Instructor certificate
