Financial Accounting Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to optimize financial operations.
  • Leadership and Development: Provide guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Business Support: Collaborate with various business areas to provide financial expertise and support their needs.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in business and commerce with an accounting designation.
  • Experience: Minimum of four years of experience in financial accounting, with a proven track record of leadership and technical skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Additional Qualifications: Previous team supervising experience is an asset.
