About the Role

We're seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Management Trainee program at Enterprise Holdings. As a Management Trainee, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company, developing the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead and manage teams to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
  • Manage day-to-day operations and make tactical decisions to drive business results

Requirements

  • 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent
  • 6 months cumulative experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or a related field
  • Valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years
  • No drug or alcohol related convictions within the last 5 years
  • Authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company
