Software Engineer for Web Applications

Our client is a rapidly expanding and well-funded software organization known for its exceptional employee retention. A growing number of Global 3000 enterprises utilize our client's software to enhance the efficiency and reliability of their data centers. Their solutions are currently deployed on thousands of servers worldwide, with this number steadily increasing. Their clientele spans various sectors, including Financial Services, Telecommunications, Oil & Gas, Technology, and Managed Services.
ROSS has been tasked with sourcing Web Application Developers. ROSS specializes in aligning organizational People Strategies with business growth through expert HR and Recruitment solutions, including Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Recruitment Augmentation, supported by advanced open-source HRIS software.
The ideal candidate will become an integral part of our client's vibrant engineering team, contributing to the development of the Data Center Intelligence product. This role reports directly to the Director of Engineering. The perfect candidate will possess extensive expertise in Web Application design and development, with a strong enthusiasm for crafting cutting-edge web-based user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with feature teams to devise and implement innovative solutions, emphasizing rapid delivery while ensuring quality, performance, and usability.
- Work with the team to establish functional and detailed design specifications.
- Assist in maintaining and monitoring the project schedule for the team's responsibilities.
- Coordinate with other product development and support teams to address defect reports and enhancement requests.
- Engage closely with the engineering team to explore ways to leverage existing web technologies to create optimal solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and methodologies, applying them as appropriate.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in web application development.
- Proficient software development skills (Java, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience in web application development.
- Experience in creating enterprise-level solutions.
- Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication abilities.
