Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Painter to join our team at GRD CONSTRUCTION LTD. As a Construction Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and painting surfaces to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
  • Mix and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging as required.
  • Read and interpret specifications or follow verbal instructions to ensure accurate work.
  • Work in a physically demanding environment, with the ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to distinguish between colours and work in a team environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to various locations.
Work Environment

As a Construction Painter, you will work in a variety of locations, including construction sites and client premises. You will be required to work at heights and in confined spaces.
