Waste Management Specialist

Job Summary:
GFL Environmental is seeking a highly skilled and reliable DZ Driver/Loader to join our Solid team in Aurora. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting and transporting residential recycling to designated sites in an efficient and safe manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and transport residential recycling containers to designated sites, adhering to collection and delivery schedules and following all relevant policies and procedures.
- Ensure recycling receptacles are properly emptied and replaced on residents' properties, flipped upside down at the curb, and in the same place they were removed from.
- Lift and load recycling containers weighing up to 50 lbs. into the collection vehicle, approximately 2 feet off the ground.
- Make in excess of 900 residential stops per day, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
- DZ Licence
- Newly licensed drivers are welcome to apply
