Position Overview

The Window Cleaning Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the cleaning activities within our organization. This position requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in cleaning services, particularly in window and facility maintenance.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
Work Environment
  • Exposure to heights
  • Wet and damp conditions

  • Potentially hazardous environments
Job Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train cleaning personnel
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Conduct inspections of sites to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed
  • Develop and manage work schedules
  • Perform tasks at heights, including on scaffolding or swing stages
  • Clean windows, walls, and ceilings
