- Prepare Special Cuts: Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers.
- Wrap and Package Meats: Wrap and package prepared meats for sale.
- Remove Bones and Weigh Meats: Remove bones from meat and weigh meats for sale.
- Cut Poultry and Price Meat Products: Cut poultry into parts and price meat products for sale.
- Sell Meats to Customers: Sell meats to customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Grind Meats and Make Special Sausages: Grind meats and make special sausages as required.
- Shape and Package Meats: Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood for sale.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Work Environment: This role requires working in a cold/refrigerated environment.
- Work Setting: This role is based in a supermarket and meat department.
