Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at ENOVE SYSTEMS & E-COMMERCIAL. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train sales staff to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and authorizing returns of merchandise
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff
  • Organize and maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability and dependability
