Position Overview
Role: SAP Vistex Technical-Functional Specialist
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Model: Hybrid
Location: Canada


This role is pivotal in delivering technical and functional support for Vistex applications within SAP ECC at Teva Pharmaceuticals. You will be an integral part of the IT Commercial Organization, providing assistance to the Vistex user community in the Finance and Commercial sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver technical and functional support for Vistex Revenue Accounting, Revenue Management, and Royalties Management, which includes:
  2. Managing Billbacks & Chargebacks
  3. Overseeing Sales Incentives and Sales Rebates
  4. Handling Accruals and Settlements, both transactional and composite
  5. Administering Royalties
  6. Coordinating Claims, Transactions, Memberships, Flexible Group, Status Flows, and Territories
  7. Managing DMP and DMR
  8. Utilizing SAP HANA and SAP FIORI
  9. Working with SAP Functional Modules (FM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Finance (FI), and Materials Management (MM)
  10. Applying BI knowledge

Engage in solution design and system configuration, ABAP development, and SAP Transport management. Demonstrate proficiency in RICEFW and manage workflows and integrations with SAP modules and other commercial systems. Lead application testing, including regression and integration testing, and document functional and technical specifications.


Your Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Vistex development, including SAP ABAP development and coding standards
  3. At least 5 years of functional experience with Vistex and SAP SD/FI/MM
  4. Experience with a minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations
  5. Production support experience
  6. Strong knowledge of SAP Pricing
  7. Excellent troubleshooting skills
  8. Technical integration experience with Vistex, Sales & Distribution (SD), and Finance (FI)
  9. Familiarity with various middleware solutions is preferred
  10. Experience in preparing functional and technical design specifications
  11. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills
  12. Ability to understand SPDD and SPAU observations during upgrades
  13. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
