About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager ESG Specialist to join our team at Nasdaq. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our sustainability initiatives and ensuring the successful implementation of our ESG projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement ESG project plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and development teams, to drive project success
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
  • Provide expert guidance and support to project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on ESG or sustainability initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, with experience in Agile or Scrum
