About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Track Maintainer/Labourer to join our team at Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC). As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our rail network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain track and surrounding areas using moderate physical labour and technology
  • Replace and repair various track components, including rails, railway ties, fences, and adjust the alignment and surface of the track
  • Respond to emergencies and track outages
  • Work in a team environment to achieve maintenance goals
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Class 3 license or equivalent
  • Experience in the labour industry
  • Ability to follow instructions and rules and regulations
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
