We are seeking a skilled Track Maintainer/Labourer to join our team at Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC). As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our rail network.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain track and surrounding areas using moderate physical labour and technology
- Replace and repair various track components, including rails, railway ties, fences, and adjust the alignment and surface of the track
- Respond to emergencies and track outages
- Work in a team environment to achieve maintenance goals
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Class 3 license or equivalent
- Experience in the labour industry
- Ability to follow instructions and rules and regulations
- Good written and verbal communication skills
