About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically capable Warehouse Labourer to join our team at Tetra Oils Inc. as a General Labourer. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and production areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation and Handling: Transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually.
  • Quality Control: Check and weigh materials and products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Packaging and Preparation: Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products for shipping.
  • Assistance and Support: Assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers as needed.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods.
  • Physical Abilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
  • Personal Qualities: Punctuality, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, reliability, and a team player attitude.
