Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to client preferences and dietary needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized living space by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Accompany clients on outings and social engagements.
- Assist with errands, shopping, and transportation as needed.
- Offer medication reminders and support adherence to prescribed treatment plans.
- Provide physical assistance with ambulation and mobility, ensuring client safety and comfort.
- Offer companionship, emotional support, and engage in meaningful conversations.
- Accurately follow established care plans and document client progress.
Caregiver Requirements:
- Possess a Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Hold current CPR/First Aid certification.
- Have a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray result.
- Demonstrate reliable transportation and the ability to travel within designated areas.
- Maintain access to internet and mobile phone for communication purposes.
