About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned expert to join our team as a Senior Behavioral Research Consultant. In this role, you'll work closely with our clients to design and implement research studies that uncover the underlying drivers of human behavior. Your findings will inform the development of evidence-based strategies that promote positive change and improve the lives of millions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies to understand human behavior and decision-making
  • Develop and implement research protocols to ensure high-quality data collection and analysis
  • Collaborate with clients to develop evidence-based strategies that address complex behavioral challenges
  • Communicate research findings and recommendations to clients through clear and compelling reports and presentations
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in behavioral science and global development
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., behavioral science, psychology, sociology, anthropology)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in behavioral research or a related field
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful research studies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
