Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with retail store personnel to create effective action plans and support a positive brand image.
  • Ensure sales are executed flawlessly, on-time, and in accordance with client growth initiatives.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by increasing in-store visibility of products and client promotions.
  • Maintain product availability by adhering to merchandising and display standards.
  • Implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance product positioning and brand awareness.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or merchandising, preferably.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently, but also as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, including daily access to the internet.
