We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team at Tolko Industries Ltd. in High Level, Alberta. As a Millwright, you will play a critical role in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Inspect and troubleshoot issues with hydraulic systems, mechanical systems, and other equipment to identify and resolve problems.
- Collaborate with a high-performance team to maintain all mill machinery, including pumps, conveyors, compressors, and other equipment.
- Develop and implement safe and creative solutions to boost equipment reliability and streamline processes.
- Share knowledge and expertise with apprentices and other team members to ensure a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
