The Warehouse Operations Manager at Red Autumn Brewing Company Inc. will oversee the daily functions of our logistics and distribution processes. This role is essential in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

Education: Candidates should possess a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 1 to 2 years, or have equivalent experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance sales to current customers
• Identify and engage potential clients
• Evaluate client needs and resources to recommend suitable products or services
• Deliver engaging sales presentations
• Facilitate sales transactions through online platforms
• Provide feedback for product design to meet client specifications
• Consult with clients post-sale for ongoing support
• Develop and execute schedules for safety inspections and preventive maintenance
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and systems
• Manage the installation and upkeep of infrastructure including machinery and systems
• Plan and manage the operational budget for the facility
• Organize and direct administrative services including signage, cleaning, maintenance, and security
• Train staff on equipment operation and maintenance
• Resolve issues related to products and services
• Troubleshoot equipment-related problems
• Maintain inventory organization
• Organize warehouse and operational areas

Supervision

Responsible for supervising 1 to 2 staff members.

Product Type

Technical Skills

• Proficient in accounting software
• Database management skills
• Experience with MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word
• Familiarity with inventory control software and spreadsheets

Equipment Experience

Experience operating forklifts is required.
