About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Canadian Tire 081. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Processing Inventory: Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify quantities and product condition, and accurately record inventory movements.
  • Stockroom Management: Maintain a clean and organized stockroom environment, including shelving, labeling, and rotating stock to ensure easy access and minimal waste.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies or issues.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service.
  • General Warehouse Duties: Perform general warehouse tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
