Position Summary
At Coastal Community, we are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to enhance our client relationships within the Capital Region. If you have a passion for fostering financial well-being and possess a diverse background in financial services, including loans, investments, and personal mortgages, we invite you to explore this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, your primary focus will be on cultivating both new and existing client relationships. Collaborating with our team of financial professionals, you will provide a variety of financial services to our members, while identifying opportunities to connect them with specialists in other areas of our organization for comprehensive solutions.
Desired Qualifications
- A secondary school diploma complemented by 1 year of post-secondary education and up to 1 year of relevant work experience in a sales and service setting;
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial sector, including 2 years in lending, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
- A solid understanding of credit union operations, principles, and values is preferred.
We are looking for a flexible and collaborative team player who possesses:
- Demonstrated sales success and leadership capabilities;
- In-depth knowledge of deposit and loan products and services;
- Strong personal lending expertise;
- A comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape in the financial sector and local communities;
- Excellent networking skills with the ability to engage with individuals both within and outside the organization.
