We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Trades Assistant to join our team at DRB Construction Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Construction Materials
  • Assist in Framing Houses, Erecting Walls, and Building Roofs
  • Assist in Demolishing Buildings
  • Clean and Pile Salvaged Materials
  • Remove Rubble and Other Debris at Construction Sites
Support for Newcomers and Refugees
  • We offer on-the-job training tailored to newcomers and refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster.
Support for Youths
  • We provide on-the-job training tailored to youth, helping them develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the construction industry.
Support for Indigenous People
  • We offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers, helping them advance in their careers and achieve their goals.
Work Environment
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Language of Work: English
