Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team at Speedy Auto Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex issues with commercial transport trucks and automotive systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
  • Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service
  • Provide exceptional customer service and advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field, or equivalent experience
  • Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification
Work Environment

As an Automotive Mechanic at Speedy Auto Service, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and manual dexterity. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a team environment.
