Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

JSJ Investments Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our dining establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy dining environment.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our food service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure seamless meal preparation and minimize waste.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
