Job Title: Ethnic Food Cook

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Cook to join our team at Rockstar Kitchen Inc. As an Ethnic Food Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of ethnic dishes for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Plan menus and estimate food requirements for the realization of our ethnic dishes.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste.
  • Team Collaboration: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Cleanliness: Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant setting.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
