Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Chacha G Construction Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring the smooth execution of projects, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Perform routine maintenance work and assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites and tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites as needed.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30-hour workweek. The language of work is English. This is a green job that involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
