Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and deploy software solutions that meet the needs of Amazon Prime customers
- Define the product architecture and vision for Prime services, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
- Design and implement flexible and responsive architectures that enable self-service simplicity for partner teams
- Experiment with various models and integrations to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
- Partner with product and program management teams to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs
- 3+ years of engineering team management experience
- 7+ years of working directly within engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of designing or architecting new and existing systems experience
- 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multitier web services experience
- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle
