Co-Pilot Overview
We are looking for a proficient Co-Pilot to become a part of the Avenge Energy Services Inc. corporate aviation team, operating our Citation aircraft.

The Co-Pilot will collaborate closely with the Captain to guarantee safe and effective flight operations. Flights will be conducted from our designated airport facilities, with accommodations provided for the crew.

Avenge Energy Services Inc. is a leader in Fluid Logistics, Industrial Cleaning, and Pressure and Vacuum services across Western Canada since its inception. The demand for corporate flight services between various cities in Canada (primarily Alberta) is on the rise, and may also include travel to the United States and international destinations to support our executive travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Captain in all aspects of flight operations
• Conduct pre-flight inspections and checks
• Monitor aircraft systems throughout the flight
• Communicate effectively with air traffic control
• Ensure adherence to aviation regulations and company policies
• Manage emergency situations with composure and professionalism.

Qualifications
• A minimum of 500 hours of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) experience in an IFR twin-engine or jet aircraft is preferred; experience with Pilatus or TBM aircraft will also be considered.
• Completion of the IATRA exam
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with passengers and crew members
• Strong organizational skills to manage flight schedules and responsibilities
• Supervisory experience is preferred
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Basic mathematical skills for navigation and calculations
• Mechanical knowledge for understanding aircraft systems
• Leadership qualities to take charge in the absence of the Captain.
