- Financial Transactions: Authorize payments and manage cash flow effectively.
- Exhibit Coordination: Collaborate with designers to create engaging exhibits for various events.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain stock levels, ensuring timely ordering and returns of merchandise.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales metrics and personnel performance.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges promptly.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for the sales team.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct evaluations to foster employee development and enhance team effectiveness.
Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years in a supervisory sales role is preferred.
