We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team at SW Event Technology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of live events across Canada and the USA.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
- Manage event budgets and ensure timely delivery of projects within budget.
- Supervise and coordinate event staff, including technicians, riggers, and other support personnel.
- Develop and implement event marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and preferences.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- 3+ years of experience in event production or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of audio, lighting, and video systems.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid class 5 BC driver's license and comfortable driving large trucks.
