About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at RS AVIATION CANADA. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our sales team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and lead a team of sales staff, including apprentices, stagiaires, and design team members, to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Sales Team Management: Assign sales staff to duties, manage their workload, and provide guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to succeed.
  • Authorization and Decision-Making: Authorize payments by cheque, order merchandise, and make decisions on the return of merchandise, all while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for the sales team, ensuring that they are adequately staffed to meet customer demands.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other sales-related challenges.
  • Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, including office and volunteer staff, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
