• Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in our IT infrastructure
• Develop and maintain computer databases, ensuring data accuracy and security
• Liaise with staff on data requirements, collection, and availability
• Provide advice on database management tools and best practices
• Setup and test IT infrastructure to support database access

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2 years of experience in database architecture and development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Experience with data warehouse, database software, and data analysis tools
• Knowledge of programming languages, such as Java
• Ability to lead and coordinate teams of data administrators
