About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join our team at Mill-Fab. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing electrical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on production equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure minimal downtime
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential electrical hazards
  • Develop and implement electrical maintenance schedules to optimize equipment performance
Requirements
  • Licensed Industrial Electrician (442A0 or 309A License)
  • Knowledge of PLC Control Systems, Servo Drives, AC/DC Drives (Allen Bradley)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a food plant environment (GMP policies)
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work overtime as needed and lift 50lb
