Key Responsibilities in Patient-Centered Care:
The Pharmacist will be instrumental in delivering safe and effective medication therapy while fostering an engaging environment for both employees and customers. This role is vital in achieving excellence in patient care, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Emphasize clinical services such as medication reviews and disease management
- Develop and implement care plans, ensuring thorough documentation
- Assess the suitability of prescribed drug therapies
- Monitor patient adherence to medication regimens
- Gather and record pertinent patient, medication, and health information
- Advise on over-the-counter products and dietary supplements
- Address patient inquiries requiring clinical expertise and analysis
- Guide pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in executing restricted tasks
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in Kroll software
- Experience in a retail pharmacy setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
