Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Sales Floor Management: Oversee the sales floor, ensuring a well-organized and visually appealing store environment that meets our high standards.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming customer experience, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities to drive sales growth and improve store performance.
- Store Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of the store, including cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of equipment and fixtures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
