About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Labourer to join our team at Jomha Landscaping & Construction. As a key member of our landscape construction team, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to landscape construction, plant care, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Landscape Constructions: Collaborate with our experienced team to construct and install various landscape features, including gardens, patios, and walkways.
  • Tie and Secure Plants: Ensure that plants are properly secured and tied to prevent damage or loss.
  • Weed, Prune and Trim Trees and Plants: Maintain the health and appearance of our gardens and landscapes by removing weeds, pruning trees and shrubs, and trimming plants.
  • Cut Grass: Regularly mow and maintain our lawns to ensure they look their best.
  • Remove Litter and Garbage: Keep our work areas clean and free of debris by removing litter and garbage.
  • Lay Sod or Seed: Assist with the installation of new lawns and gardens by laying sod or seeding.
  • Plant Bulbs, Flowers, Shrubs and Trees: Help to plant and maintain our gardens and landscapes by installing new plants and flowers.
  • Water and Tend to Plants, Lawns and/or Gardens: Ensure that our plants, lawns, and gardens receive the necessary care and maintenance to thrive.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: We are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Work Term: This is a permanent position.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
