Position Overview

The Housekeeping Team Leader plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities at Econo Lodge City Center Inn. This position requires a dedicated individual with strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop cleaning staff to ensure high standards of service
  • Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards
  • Identify and recommend additional services such as painting, repairs, or renovations as needed
  • Process payments for specialized cleaning services
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties when necessary
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Create and manage work schedules for the housekeeping team
