Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess client requirements, and promote suitable insurance products and services.
- Deliver timely, precise, and courteous customer support. This includes addressing inquiries about insurance options, eligibility criteria, coverage details, policy modifications, claims processing, and billing inquiries.
- Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
- Preferred experience in sales.
- Proven history of achieving sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, encompassing written, verbal, and listening capabilities.
- Proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to present information effectively to prospective clients.
- Property & Casualty license is preferred (must be obtained if not currently held).
