About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Full-Time Cook to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, ensuring that every guest has a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Prepare and cook food to order, using a variety of cooking techniques and ingredients
  • Manage delivery and mobile orders, ensuring that every guest receives their food on time
  • Assemble orders and package take-out and delivery items, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Keep all surfaces clean and sanitary, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements
  • Previous experience in food service or retail is an asset, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service
  • Willingness to learn and grow, with a commitment to ongoing training and development
