Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management in the digital technology sector.
- Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in French and English.
- Education: Degree in management, computer science, UX/UI design, or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana), and basic principles of UX/UI design.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and make decisions based on insights obtained.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly and motivating a team.
- Leadership: Ability to guide and inspire a multidisciplinary team, promoting a collaborative work environment.
- Customer Orientation: Strong empathy for users and ability to translate their needs into innovative features.
- Experience in the Manufacturing Sector: An asset.
