Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources—material, human, and financial—to implement organizational policies and programs effectively.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
  • Coordinate the activities of various regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
  • Set objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization in official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate necessary authority and create optimal working conditions.
