Job Title: Diagnostic Support Services Supervisor

Shared Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diagnostic Support Services Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Diagnostic Services department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our diagnostic support services, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency in our diagnostic processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of diagnostic support staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve diagnostic support services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with diagnostic services teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance diagnostic processes.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for diagnostic support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze diagnostic support services data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of progressive supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a diagnostic services department.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or healthcare management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
