We are thrilled to present an opportunity to become a part of the Kiehl's family as a Kiehl's Skin Pro. This role is pivotal in meeting individual sales targets set by the management team. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and fostering relationships that encourage repeat patronage. Additionally, you will maintain the presentation of our products and brand image while ensuring the store remains organized and tidy.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in retail and/or cosmetics
  • Strong background in customer service
  • Effective communication skills
  • Analytical abilities
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods, navigate stairs and/or ladders as needed, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of a second language is a plus
