Store Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Fairweather-Parkland Mall is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing daily store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Profitability: Determine business needs and ensure maximum sales are achieved through effective sales strategies and team coaching.
- Team Management: Hire, develop, and retain management and associate teams, providing coaching and training to ensure succession planning and future growth.
- Customer Service: Ensure customer service standards are upheld by all staff, providing a positive shopping experience for our customers.
- Store Operations: Oversee and ensure all daily operation functions are performed, including visual standards, store audit compliance, and shrink results.
- Policy and Procedure: Ensure all staff adheres to company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school education or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a store management position.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze business trends to drive sales and coach team members to become successful.
- Strong communication, delegation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
