As a Culinary Specialist at Parkway Social, you will play a vital role in our kitchen operations, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes, ensuring quality and taste.
- Accommodate customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling procedures.
- Manage inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment.
- Oversee kitchen staff and assist in their development.
- Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
As a supervisor, you will oversee the general cooking staff, ensuring efficient kitchen operations.
