Job Title: Security Guard Mobile

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Responsibilities:

* Respond to alarms and service calls in a timely and professional manner
* Conduct property inspections to identify potential security risks
* Provide guard supervision and support to ensure a high level of security
* Assist with scheduling and client liaison
* Maintain vehicles and equipment in a safe and secure manner

Requirements:

* Valid G Class license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience
* Drivers abstract with no more than 2 minor convictions, no major convictions, and no more than 6 demerits in the last 3 years
* Diploma in Police Foundations, Protection Security & Investigations, Border Services, or Criminology preferred
* Previous security experience is an asset
* Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act
* Superior written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact and diplomacy
* High School Diploma/GED
* First Aid, CPR Level C
* COVID Double Vaccinated
* Standard First Aid, CPR Level C
* Valid Ontario Security License
