- Feedback and Improvement: Solicit feedback from customers to improve service levels, addressing inquiries and concerns proactively and appropriately.
- Product Promotion: Consult with customers to promote new products and services, involving the manager for complex opportunities.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance and occasionally 50 pounds or more.
- Customer Service Skills: Proven experience in customer service, sales, and delivery services.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attendance and Punctuality: Excellent attendance and punctuality record.
