Kitchen Sanitation Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Sanitation Specialist to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in our food preparation areas. This role is crucial for ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for our culinary operations.
Qualifications- Education: No formal education required
- Experience: Training will be provided
Knowledge of Hindi and Panjabi; Punjabi is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities- Thoroughly clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, including dishwashing machines and waste disposal units.
- Ensure tables, trays, and chairs are cleared and cleaned efficiently.
- Operate dishwashing machinery to ensure all dishes, glassware, and utensils are properly washed.
- Organize and store clean dishes in designated areas.
- Manually wash and sanitize dishes and kitchen items as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, cupboards, and storage areas.
- Safely handle and store cleaning agents.
- Dispose of kitchen waste and garbage responsibly.
- Sharpen kitchen knives to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform floor maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
- Prepare vegetables and fruits by washing, peeling, and cutting.
- Personal transportation is required.
- Public transport options are available.
- Travel expenses will not be reimbursed by the employer.
- Fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
- Ability to handle heavy loads is necessary.
